Saying your The country’s leading Roofline replacement company is a very bold statement to make! Being part of the Swish Approved Installers Scheme means we only employ quality tradesmen and we only install the finest quality PVC-u products manufactured in Great Britain. (SWISH)

We are a small and friendly company which cover the whole of the country from Scotland right down to the tip of Cornwall. Based in the Midlands we travel to the installation using our own highly trained installers.

In 2010 we helped Swish Building Products to produce their training film for their new web site using our fully qualified installers, our scaffolding and equipment.

We specialise in the removal of Finlock concrete gutter systems which were installed on homes all over the country between the 1950′s and 1970′s . Having a Finlock Gutter System installed on your home can be extremely stressful indeed and when the Finlock starts to break down or sag after having new windows installed. Unfortunately you will experience damp problems inside and out of your home as well as continuously having to redecorate.

Your options are whether to install a liner to the Finlock gutter or replace it taking off the front part of the Finlock.

Any Finlock guttering lining system has a life span of approximately between five to twenty years which I’ve had customers say ‘it would see them out’ but in real terms by installing one or any of these products you still have underlining problems.

Finlock gutters when not removed and replaced will inevitably cause future damp and cold problems allowing the damp and cold to be transmitted through the concrete guttering and into your home. This will make the internal walls damp and cold, (This is called cold Bridging) in addition to this the concrete will inevitably sag over windows without a lintel.

Underlining problems such as holding water in the gutter especially over sagging windows and doors, over large openings such as patio doors or French doors. Possible opening problems to the windows and doors which could also cause a security problem. Only by doing the job properly and removing the majority of the concrete can the problems be solved.

Having removed and replaced concrete Finlock guttering for the last fifteen years we know how to overcome the problems without causing further problems. We have the complete solution, done properly without cutting corners.

By surveying the property properly and making sure you have the right equipment and materials then there shouldn’t be any problems.
